Easy website, items are super quick to order. The delivery is also fast, they listen to the customer and are considerate when it comes to shipping (due to a birthday, so timely delivery was important). The return procedure took a bit longer than expected; after a week, I still hadn't received a return confirmation and had to follow up myself to get my return processed and refunded.
