Indeed, amazing service! Linde called me back because she had looked into a few things. I received a refund for the shipping costs, and I ordered a collar again, as the previous one was too large. Excellent and friendly webshop! I will definitely return.
It was a replacement for the previous collar. Since I wanted a size larger, I only had the option for a 4 cm width. Unfortunately, this was too wide for our sheepdog. The return process went smoothly.
