The pump is of mediocre quality and lets air through, which means you have to press it multiple times, and I've even noticed that with the face wash, the gel comes out around the edges of the tube. Furthermore, the facial gel is just okay. It does make your skin feel tight quickly, so you need to moisturize your skin right after using it.
