Good day Jasmina, What an unpleasant situation. DPD indicates that you were away from home multiple times and that you should contact DPD. The package has been held in Hamburg for you for 7 days (see tracking code) (see the attached photo). To have it delivered, you need to schedule an appointment with DPD. Have you already contacted DPD? If you have contacted DPD and the package was not delivered on Friday, we will send you a new package! We also noticed that you rated us with a 1. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything against DPD, which indicates that the package cannot be delivered to you. We have also been in contact with DPD multiple times and provided them with the correct address. Would you like to reconsider your rating, as we are making every effort to deliver the package to you? Thank you in advance.
