Goedenavond Charlotte, Vervelend om te horen dat jouw bestelling van 25 juli niet geleverd is. Ik zie dat de bestelling 9 dagen geleden verzonden is. Wij zien helaas ook geen status update bij de vervoerder en weten helaas niet wat hier mis gaat. Jammer dat je hier niet eerder rechtstreeks contact met ons over hebt opgenomen zodat wij contact op konden nemen met het verzendbedrijf. Wij hadden dit graag op willen lossen. Nu zien wij helaas een beoordeling van een 1 terwijl wij wel eerdere bestellingen zien, die hopelijk wel goed zijn aangekomen? Zouden wij de bestelling na kunnen sturen? En zou je voor de zekerheid het adres willen controleren aangezien er een dubbel huisnummer vermeld wordt? Wij horen het graag, excuus voor het ongemak!

Good afternoon Esther, It's unfortunate to see that you rated us with a 1 after we tried our best to assist you and even sent out a package twice. Your order was shipped within 2 business days as stated on the website. After you contacted us last week regarding the non-delivery of your package, we offered to resend it on July 9 by the end of the day. We indicated that the packages had already been picked up that day and that your package would be picked up by DHL on July 10. Unfortunately, there was another delay with DHL in the tracking code, which we unfortunately have no control over. We have not experienced this before, having two consecutive issues, and we also cannot monitor all tracking codes of our customers. You then contacted us again on July 11 since the second package had not yet been delivered. We offered to refund your money since we unfortunately could not do anything about the delays with DHL, and this is not typically our experience with them. You indicated that you would like to receive the products via another shipping company. We then sent a third package via DPD. Both this package and the DHL package were delivered the next day, July 12. On July 15, you emailed us stating that you wanted to return the entire order, to which we also responded via email with the information. We understand that it is frustrating that the first DHL package got lost, but we did everything we could to assist you as best as possible. We regret to see that you had a different experience.
