Fast delivery. My new INPA cable works perfectly, even with coding. I am very happy with it.

Thank you for your review. Many deliveries have been delayed due to the holidays, and this has also been widely reported in the news.

Thank you for your review!! The car key you ordered had a delivery time of 2 weeks, which you were aware of before placing your order; this is clearly indicated on the product page and again during the checkout process. Therefore, you could have known that there would be a delivery time. The key was delivered to you exactly two weeks after the order was placed.

I placed an order on December 1st, and as of December 12th, I still haven't received my package. I've called and emailed everywhere with no solution so far. Very dissatisfied!

Best, thank you for your review. As you mentioned and has also been extensively reported in the news, PostNL and DHL are experiencing a significant delivery backlog in both the Netherlands and Belgium. We are seeing delays of up to 10 to 14 days. As also indicated during the phone conversation with you, a complaint has already been filed with DHL and a solution is being sought. Of course, this is very frustrating, but our experience is that everything gets resolved sooner or perhaps a little later. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime.
