Product purchased to clear some error codes, and that ultimately worked. It was quite a puzzle to figure out which licensed software to install. The product (software, manual, and user interface) is outdated, and it is definitely not plug & play. Fortunately, the technical support is quick and provides tips and additional information, which made it successful.
