I received an email stating that the package had been delivered, but nothing has arrived. I have searched everywhere, asked neighbors and family, and the security of our private property also confirms that there has been no delivery. I have waited for another 4 days, but with no results. Additionally, my account is blocked and I cannot log in. I urgently request that you investigate this issue and provide an appropriate solution, namely tracking the package or refunding my money.

The product does not meet expectations. It was supposed to be a reading connector for Yamaha, which does not fit, and the diagnostic software is poor.
