The quality of the product is excellent. The fast delivery and the wonderfully caring service are particularly evident in the extremely careful (gift) packaging. The overall experience exudes a very customer-oriented service, which is a rare added value in parcel delivery. Just one aside (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars). The leather of my Monterosso leather notebook is of good quality but flatter in color than the more 'veined' version I saw on the website. As a result, the beautiful leather notebook appeared somewhat duller than one would expect from an Italian old leather cover.

Ordered on Thursday evening and delivered on Saturday morning. High-quality products, you won't find such service anywhere else!
