Big problems in EU delivery (not arriving even in a month), and big problems in refunding the money. Also problems in customer service (not answering emails at all, or answering with an attitude).

Dear mr Rautio, we send your order twice on our expends to the adress you provided us. For some reason it could not be delivered to that adress. The first time took to long because of internal problems with DHL wich we kept informing you about. We are really sorry you're not happy but we feel we tried everything to handle it in a good way and had communication with you until the end. After we send your order the seccond time in our expenses and it was not accepted again we decided to refund the whole amount except the second shipping costs.
