Great web shop, good prices, but also a nice physical store.

After placing and confirming the order, I received a cancellation and a notification of a credit two days later, followed a few hours later by a renewed confirmation with different invoice numbers. Two days later, I sent an email asking about the status of my order. I received no response to this. Four days later, I received a track-and-trace email. The next day, the order was delivered. There were nine days between the order and delivery.

A: Slow delivery! B: After payment of my order, it turns out the next day that there is a shortage. Without consultation, my order was processed incompletely. I did receive my money back quickly.

I had not previously encountered Erotic-Discount, but the shop has a: - remarkably large selection of items. - attractive pricing (regarding what I purchased). Unfortunately, the shipping took 3 days, but that was probably due to Black Friday. My order had nothing to do with it, but the busyness of the delivery service did. I assume it will be better next time. Erotic-Discount is definitely a shop I will visit again.
