I have become accustomed to companies sending cheap young people who only have information about one specific task they need to perform, but have little real knowledge and cannot solve complications. I received an older man and a young guy who delivered the cabinet, with the older man seemingly taking on a mentoring role during the assembly. The whole process radiated craftsmanship and care, in my opinion. The cabinet itself is even better than I had imagined. It can be disassembled without screws, nails, or staples that would weaken it. The sides are secured with a wooden wedge, that's it! Based on its substantial size and a sideways glance at my IKEA furniture, I initially anticipated problems with a future move, but that turned out to be completely unnecessary due to the way the cabinet is designed.
