The package delivery person left it with the neighbors without putting a note in the mailbox. Online, it only stated that the package had been delivered through the mailbox, which was physically impossible. So, the package was untraceable for me. I called, and a friendly employee on the phone immediately sent me another one. Fortunately, I found out that same day that the package was with the neighbors, and the reshipment could be stopped.
The book has not yet arrived. UPS announced 3 times (!) delay. Latest update said it should be delivered on Wednesday. Well, I'll believe it when I see it. No rating yet, I'll keep you informed and let you know my final rating tomorrow....or whenever.
I asked the seller for informations about the product. The salesman was very kind and helpful.
