    The web shop is fine, but the helpdesk is downright terrible! It's extremely inconvenient when the delivery date option says "delivery on Monday," but Veldshop cannot deliver on Monday!! I placed my order on Friday at 2:00 PM ('ordered before 5 PM, shipped the same day???'). When I asked in the chat on Monday where my order was, I was told: "You indicated that your package should be shipped on Sunday, but we do not operate on Sundays!" If it had been shipped on Friday, I would have received my package on Monday... very disappointing. For me, this is a reason NOT to order from Veldshop again.
