My product seems to be incompatible with my phone, nor with my wife's phone, and not on her tablet either. Despite the warnings on the website that compatibility was an issue, I couldn't clearly determine whether it would work or not. It doesn't, unfortunately. That's a shame. Veldshop did, however, kindly inform me about the possibility of returning the product within 14 days. They properly notified me that the bat detector had been received and that the purchase amount was refunded to my bank account. That was well handled. It would be great if the compatibility of the detector could be significantly improved.
