I ordered 2 books, of which only 1 was supposedly available, but unfortunately that was not the case. I received an email immediately about the options for how to proceed. The next morning, I reached out by phone. Reordering would take 4 to 8 days. We agreed to do this and to wait before sending the other book, due to potential double shipping costs. After a week, both books were in my mailbox. Packaging was excellent. Phone support was excellent. Website was excellent. Handling was excellent. Mailing was excellent.
