The products were completely to my satisfaction, as was the customer service. The delivery service (PostNL), on the other hand, simply dropped the package (worth over EUR 1000) at the door.... They arrived earlier than announced and didn't even wait for a signature. This was clearly stated on the delivery note... Perhaps you should also consider working with a serious and reliable delivery service.
Two paperback books were delivered quickly and smoothly. However, one of the books was slightly damaged, but I didn't find it very sustainable to return it for that reason. It's manageable, but perhaps Veldshop could improve their packaging a bit.
