Item ordered on 13/02/2022, paid for but only received on 03/05/22! Without any communication from their side regarding why the order took so long, I reached out to them myself after 3 to 4 weeks. The delivery was held up at customs. After that, I received one more email stating that the item was apparently still stuck at customs.
They do what they say.

I still haven't received anything. PostNL sends an email every morning saying they will deliver, and every evening they say it didn't work out. It's sad; it should arrive now!!!
