There were many difficulties with the order until it was finally received. And that for such an expensive product.

Response by Veldshop
Dear Manja Zapf, We are sorry to hear that you are feeling so impatient. I checked your order. You placed it on the 10th of October at 22:07. We packed it on the 11th of October at 09:45 in the morning. It was handed over to our shipping company (PostNL) at the end of the day. It was delivered by Hermes in Germany (which is another country from ours) on the 15th of October at 15:02. So it took less than 4 days to arrive, which is more than reasonable. You never contacted us about any issues. So why only 3 stars? We did everything by the book. You do not review the shipper; you review Veldshop.nl. Therefore, we are very distraught by your remarks and cannot do any better. Well, you could have contacted us about express shipping, but then the shipping costs would have been higher than your actual purchase. Regards, Team Veldshop.nl P.S.: Your first order was canceled because you failed to pay via PayPal on your first attempt on the 30th of September, even though we did email you to ask for payment. So if this is what’s bothering you, please check your email more often.
