    My experience with Veldshop is usually excellent. However, during the delivery of the hoverfly guide, the shipment got stuck somewhere in the track & trace system. A second attempt (via Sander) was successful. The order was delivered within 2 days, but without any notification from track & trace. I did receive a card in the mailbox. The book was with the neighbors. By the way, it's a fantastic book. Best regards, Wil van den Hoven
