Veldshop

I have received half of my order; I have been waiting for the rest for over 14 days now. It had to be reordered.

I had ordered a professional flashlight, but it had a technical defect. In the meantime, I also realized that I needed more lumens, so when I returned the flashlight, I asked if I could get an upgrade. This was no problem, and I even received a more expensive flashlight sent to me without having to pay extra. I think this shows extremely good service and great class. Kudos!

The order and delivery went very smoothly. It's just a shame that the price of the book is written in pencil on the first page. It's not nice to give the book as a gift. Erasing didn't work because the paper is glossy, and the pencil point has scratched the price into it.
