The order was easy to place through your website, payment was also straightforward, and I received a notification that the order was received for further processing. I received it via regular mail within 2 days. I didn't have to wait at home for it. All in all, a very satisfied customer.
Overall, all logistical actions were fine. The product itself (insect observation jar with magnifying glass) is of poor quality. The handles of the closing lid broke after just two openings. Very fragile. Bad product!
