Your order was received by us on Monday, 14-9, and it was shipped on 24-9 and delivered to you on 25-9. We try to clearly indicate in advance how much time we expect to need. Europost has an enormous stock and we have almost all brands available in philately and numismatics. A combined order with multiple brands takes a bit more time. It also regularly happens that products are still on their way from the supplier. Unfortunately, in your case, one of the products was in production and we only see that upon receipt. If we deliver something well outside the previously indicated time, we find it necessary to communicate. All other communication goes automatically. Or in your case, a note with the delivery on the packing slip. You are always free to contact us during an order and we will always try to inform you as best as possible about the status of your order. Europost is certainly not an intermediary of a logistics company! We are constantly trying to improve our service but we stick to the basics.
