Good price-quality ratio and excellent service in both shipping and keeping me informed about out-of-stock items.

Albums still not delivered. Track and trace indicated Tuesday 2/12. Still nothing now. Also nothing from Track and Trace.

Dear Mr. van den Berg, a tracking code is intended for you to follow your shipment. As you can see, there is a delay with PostNL. Perhaps you are aware that last week was Black Friday and that December is always a busy month for PostNL. You placed your order on the eve of Black Friday, which is approximately the busiest week of the year for PostNL. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver it ourselves and are dependent on the delivery service. Like you, we also want everything to arrive on time for our customers. Unfortunately, experience shows that PostNL cannot handle the large volume of online orders on peak days. Therefore, I find it very unfortunate that you chose to "reward" us with 1 star, as the delivery is beyond our control. A little understanding towards us would have been appropriate. We hope that the package arrives soon, so please keep an eye on the tracking regularly. Best regards, Europost
