I needed a copy of the invoice, and it arrived quickly. Thank you for that. I needed this because the remarks I requested were not clearly written on the shipment, namely that it was a book for which no duties are owed, in two languages. This was not done, and therefore the Post Office in Norway "thought" it was something else. They do not check what exactly the tick mark for "sale of goods" means or what it is. The word "Catalog" is not sufficient. As a result, a fee of approximately €26 was charged, which actually means that a catalog or book, or whatever you want to call it, is not to be paid. Only because I requested a note on the shipment that was not fulfilled. I am not a fraudster; I only asked for clarification regarding the purchase. This should not be ignored but addressed, as I had researched it myself and because I was not asking for anything unreasonable or to prompt illegal practices.
