One of my products was mediocre; the postfris was not postfris, and they are going to rectify it. However, according to their terms and conditions, a return envelope is sent, and the costs are covered by them. When I inquired, I was told I had to send it myself, not registered or with tracking, but I still had to pay for the postage myself. I think this should not be included in your return policy. I am eagerly awaiting the new stamps.
