On December 12, you placed an order with us for €3.50. You paid €6.00 for shipping costs, which was known in advance. These shipping costs include materials and the actual expenses. In fact, we should charge administrative fees for such small orders. However, we want to give everyone a chance to keep collecting enjoyable. We at Europost also find that €6.00 in shipping costs is not proportional to this small order. Therefore, on the same day, we refunded you €3.00, which was deposited into your account the next day via Mollie on behalf of Europost. It's unfortunate that you did not notice this. Best regards, the Europost team.
