I purchased a suitcase around 3:00 PM, and it was shipped the same day. There was a 1-day delay due to PostNL issues, but the customer support (via WhatsApp) was very quick to respond and very pleasant. They kept following up on my order to ensure it arrived on time. I would definitely recommend it!
