The supplier called half an hour after the order; unfortunately, the bags were not available. That was fine because we had ordered the wrong ones. We immediately ordered the correct bags, which were even a bit cheaper. The price difference was refunded within an hour, and the bags were delivered the next morning along with a personally written note. Excellent service!
