La préparation et la livraison sont très rapides et j'apprécie beaucoup le fait d'avoir un petit mot personnalisé sur le bon de livraison. Ça rend l'achat à distance plus humain ! Merci de cette initiative. Le seul point à améliorer est d'avoir davantage de références et de quantité pour les bobines de fil. Mais sinon, tout est parfait !
