In addition to the website being clear, the Goose is a good product. The Goose I wanted was out of stock, which was clearly indicated on the site. After I sent an email, I received a response the same day. I also received an email when it was back in stock.
If you would like to learn from this, then the question should be why you wouldn't recommend it: very, very expensive.
