The order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I received a silver/orange 55cm stand instead of the white Goose-e iPad stand I had ordered in 75cm. That can happen during the Christmas rush. What’s more important is how you handle it. The resolution of this issue was excellent. Quick, friendly, apologies, and all shipping costs refunded within a day. Despite the small logistical error, it was great service!

Delivery was very fast! We have a standard holder for the iPad Pro, which is super handy and of sturdy good quality. Due to our own fault, we accidentally dropped it and a little ring broke off. Thanks to the excellent service from GOOS-E, we received a replacement free of charge!
