Upon delivery of my small acrylic display case, I noticed that a corner was broken off. It was on the back of the case, so fortunately, you can't see it. However, I did find it quite annoying.

Dear Verowin, I'm sorry to hear that a product arrived damaged. Next time, you can contact us directly about this. Our products come with a warranty, so if something is broken, we will simply replace it. Sometimes products may not arrive intact during shipping, or there may be minor damages that we did not notice; these are all things that can happen. If you send an email to info@showmycollection.com and specify which product it is, we will send you a new one. Best regards, Robert Showmycollection.com
