I wait for my package for a two weeks. After that I contacted PostNL. They didn't know where the package was and added that only sender may help. I tried to use contact us form, but nobody answered. After I found that there is other email: service@flightsimwebshop.com. It is working (may be because of my not 5-star rating). Only after several emails and 2 additional weeks my order had been sent again and two weeks later was delivered successfully to Cyprus. Postal surveillance system, which are watching for delivery status (for example standing in PostNL for a 2 weeks without any movements) and warning FlightsimWebshop about problem, will be very helpful. Also please fix contact us form (nobody answer, it has no any email confirmation that my message was recieved). Seems delivery to Cyprus may be a problem. But finally I am very glad that I recieved my new Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo. Thanks to FlightsimWebshop for products and Jeremy for help.
