I pre-ordered the product on 15.09, when it was indicated that the product would be delivered at the end of September, at the end of the month it was indicated that it would be delivered at the end of October, and the product had actually reached the e-shop for sale. On October 25, I received an email that the product is still not available and will be delivered at the end of November, and at the same time the product was removed from sale/order. At the beginning of November, it was possible to pre-order the same product again. On 16.11, I wrote a letter with a request to specify the delivery time (since two months have passed since ordering), the letter was not answered. On 21.11 I wrote another letter to continue to confirm the status of the order and today is 23.11, and I have received exactly 0 replies again. I've been patiently waiting and agreeing to postpone my order for two months now, and they can't even find two minutes to reply to the letter? Why was the product actually on sale in the meantime, if even the pre-orders were unfulfilled? Very unreliable and disappointing.

Shipment was slow, and not full explained before ordering. Didn't receive any promised track and trace info. Had to chase them several times to find out where the item was. Still not received it as the delightful FedEx failed to deliver on the promised date. Wondering if this is going to be a lost parcel epic saga!!!
