Shipment was slow, and not full explained before ordering. Didn't receive any promised track and trace info. Had to chase them several times to find out where the item was. Still not received it as the delightful FedEx failed to deliver on the promised date. Wondering if this is going to be a lost parcel epic saga!!!

I placed the order on 20 September and still have not recieved item purchased. It was apparently dispatched on 27 September but still have not received.
