Payd, never received the software-download because it would fail on my Mac... No restitution, because I agreed on the delivery terms. A Nice example how NOT to deal with your customers! Jeroen Teelen

As indicated earlier today, you have activated the flight simulator product key, which is linked to your personal Microsoft account, and we can not credit it. We also clearly state on our website that the return period does not apply to downloads, and we ask you to explicitly agree to this (without having to read the fine print or conditions). I understand it's annoying that you haven't been able to install the game, but flight simulator is - as we describe in the specifications - suitable for Windows and not suitable for Mac.

Price was excellent, NLR flight sim lite for 200€, not super fast delivery tho, but i blame dutch and finlands post office for that.

Thank you for your review. We are aware shipping from our EU-warehouse towards the UK still isn't as fast as we would like to see, but know we're working on this. We've recently started shipping via FedEx towards the UK and this already decreased delivery times (a lot), as parcels are not held as long as UK Customs as before.
