I've been waiting for months to buy this item from a UK store but it is always out of stock so in the end I decided to buy it from abroad. Although it was more expensive because of the additional shipping and the Customs charges, I had the item within a week. FlightsimWebshop dispatched the item within two days of me placing the order and kept me informed of its progress. Overall, I'm really pleased with their service.

Hi Alp, we're sorry your parcel hasn't arrived yet. We are aware that, to keep shipping to Greece affordable, standard shipping takes some time. We however, are transparent about shipping times of orders abroad. On product pages, as well as in your cart, we display an expected delivery window. Expected delivery for your order is between 11 and 18 December. Nevertheless, you've chosen to proceed with the order, even though it was clear that your order could be delivered late for your stay in Athens. You haven't contacted us before ordering either, to check whether we could deliver the item in time. As Elta is currently processing your order. I expect your order will be delivered within the coming days (and within the expected delivery time).
