    Ordered one year of MIT Technology Review magazines 2 years ago in Dutch language. I got 2 magazines out of 12 (1 magazine a month), sent an email and they pretty much just avoided to do anything, all I wanted was either the rest of the magazines which I paid for, or my money back for the magazines I did not receive. They did think about sending me a renewing form at the end of my subscription, but nothing else.
