    Truly TERRIBLE service! I placed an order in July for some straightforward parts, then each time I chased it up (never any proactive comms from this supplier) I was given a string of ever-less-feasible excuses: waiting for delivery from the manufacturer; my order has been sent to the wrong address; it's been sent to Ireland in error; we're waiting for the mis-sent parcel to be returned; we can't send to UK addresses. (!!!) By September, I was demanding a full refund, so that I could take my custom elsewhere , but even that took several emails, and my threatening further action, before - eventually - a refund was very grudgingly agreed to; and, even later, was eventually made. The guy's name is Alex. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER and certainly do not send him any money before you actually get your goods.
