I had a problem with my delivery. It wasn't Lintzagenopmaat's fault, but rather the company that delivered it. They placed the package under my car because it was raining, without leaving a note or anything. The next morning, still dark, I drove over it with my car. You can guess what happened: 4 bandsaws were broken. I sent an email to Lintzagenopmaat explaining what had happened. I received a phone call, and they immediately sent me 4 new bandsaws. Broken saw over the weekend, but I urgently needed a new one. Called at 08:30 on Monday morning and picked up the new saws with the correct length at 12:00. All in all, I am satisfied with the quick service from a friendly family business. (In my opinion, they have certainly earned my 5 stars.)
