The ordering process was clear and easy. Unfortunately, after one week, I had not received anything and also had not received any communication regarding possible delivery issues. After emailing them myself, it was indicated that one product could not be delivered due to supply problems from the UK. If they had communicated this proactively to customers, it would have alleviated a lot of dissatisfaction. In the email exchange, I decided to order one size smaller that they still had in stock. This arrived a few days later (one day later than agreed, but that's not a problem). Unfortunately, the price difference has not been refunded, and they have not informed me about that either. I have to point out myself that their proposed smaller size is cheaper and that I expect this to be refunded. --- Update: The price difference is still being processed. However, I can be positive about the products themselves; I tested the first blade (Freshcut 3TPI), and it cut smoothly with a nice clean cut and no drifting.
