For the first time, I ordered a bandsaw blade and received good advice on its application! Upon delivery, it turned out that the saw blade was slightly too long, making it impossible to tension it properly. After a phone call and an explanation of the problem, action was taken immediately, and they ensured that I had a suitable saw blade as quickly as possible. It's frustrating when something like this happens, but when it is resolved so quickly and neatly, you can only draw one conclusion: these guys stand behind their products and understand what service is!!!

Delivered quickly, but in my opinion, it could have been sent via PostNL letter mail instead of DHL parcel service, as the package would easily fit through the mailbox. A lot cheaper.
