In the initial contact, the response was quick and good, but after some additional questions via email, there was no reply within the promised time, which resulted in the wrong order being delivered that could have been changed otherwise. The promised callback happened more than a day later, so it was too late. They did send the correct saw, but returning the incorrectly delivered saw incurred extra costs that could have been avoided. Additionally, the website is not entirely clear for a layperson. I experienced a lot of hassle that could have been avoided with a timely response. In short, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Fast delivery, great saw, and perfectly cut to size. It's a lifesaver; this way, I can continue using my 40-year-old Bandsaw BBS-20!
