Very fast international delivery, and i have got couple presents of them.unfortunately cant give 5 star due to lack of information on description on one of my ordered item. Very quick online answers.

I chose delivery by dpd (it was my mistake). The parcel could not be delivered for a very long time, she went from the office to the warehouse and back. I contacted an Erotouch representative who helped me deal with the DPD and was always in touch. The order came whole and working. Thanks a lot!

Dear Panagiotis, Thank you for leaving a message. You are absolutely right, the shipments to Greece are definitely going way too slow, what exactly is the cause of the delays in Greece is not clear. We have no country where it is as slow as shipments in Greece. We currently have 2 weeks for the delivery to Greece, but the last few weeks there has even been a delay in that time frame. Unfortunately we cannot choose another shipping partner that is affordable for Greece. We keep looking for a better solution. Our apologies for the delay! Sincerely, Team Erotouch
