    I still haven't received my order as of today, 9/09/21 Thanks for checking on my undelivered order, Ref. :JLFRNBUPV, yesterday. I see it is being detained in the US saying it’s under investigation…? I don’t know why, as it’s a legal purchase. If I reorder the combination lock hand cuffs, can you send it by DHL? That usually works on items ordered outside of the US..Please advise me on this- I am willing to reorder if you can get it to me. Thanks, James Hundley Jhredlion@aol.com
