By supplying the product in good condition. It was supposed to be purple but is faded almost to gray, with a few small patches of purple where it was stuck to the packaging. Yuk! My guess is it has been in plastic storage for too long and the material has degraded. I am certainly not going to risk using it. Just horrible and won't buy from you again!
