The delivery is very fast, the flower's quality is excellent. But there are two issues why I gave 4 stars instead of 5: 1. It's better to see that the item is not available on the web-site rather to get a refund of the item. When you are going to use the flowers for creating a bouquet / composition - it's not handy to get the changed order. 2. Some flowers arrived damaged.
