It's been 2 weeks and my order has not arrived. Customer service was very rude and unapologetic. I asked for a refund, but they refused, saying it is still on the way, even though the olive branches will be dead when they arrive. They could improve the webshop by providing training in customer service.

We are also very sorry. The order you have placed on the 27th of December 2021, was collected at the 28th of December 2021. We have had contact with the parcel service several times, unfortunetly they have significant delays trough out whole Europe, including Finland. The package has not been lost nor returned to us, this means your order is still on its way towards you. Because of this we are not able to submit a claim tot the parcel service as long as the parcel / your order is still on its way towards you. As soon as you receive your order, you are able to return everything at our costs. By doing this you will receive a full refund, we are flexible and once more are very sorry to hear that you still have not received your order. The information regarding refunds and returns is also available in our terms and conditions.
