I've reached out to you multiple times via WhatsApp to let you know that my order was late and your response was that is should reach out to GLS (although email received from your partner states the contrary) your response was there is nothing you can do and that GLS is responsible. Your response was very unprofessional and rude. You later Informed me that my order was lost and that you will refund me without even asking if i would prefer to place a new order. Very disappointing customer service.
